Decorating Easter Eggs!

So, today we decorated Easter eggs! It was so much fun! I had a glitter egg kit and they turned out really pretty! Here are a few pics:
Here are the eggs before!

The Drying Tray:)

And the coloring cups!

The paper towel that I used to wipe my egg dipper on! It just looked pretty and colorful!

The stickers that would soon be glittery!

Messy work!

Some of my eggs!

My favorite egg!

All of my eggs!
I hope you all have a wonderful Resurrection Sunday! And remember, it's not about the eggs, or the baskets, it's about what Jesus did for us! He was crucified 2000 years ago, to save us from eternal death!

Until next time,
Hannah

Passion of the Christ Music Video

Since this Sunday is Resurrection Sunday, I made this video with clips from the Passion of the Christ and the song I See Love from the Passion of the Christ soundtrack.

I think deep down, we all know what Easter is really about. So when you're egg hunting or doing whatever it is you do on Easter, please, take some time to remember what Jesus did for you 2000 years ago.

*I own nothing in this video*

Until next time,

Movie Review: The Hobbit: An Unexpected Journey

I was blessed to be able to rent this movie yesterday! I've been so excited all weekend long! First I'll tell you all of my favorite characters:

My favorite was of course Bilbo Baggins! He's so awesome! Martin Freeman portayed him perfectly! The way he moved, his facial expressions, and the way he talked. It was 100% Bilbo!

My favorite dwarf is a tie between Ori and Bofur. Ori had a slingshot for a weapon, and I felt sorry for him when he tried to kill a warg with it and all the Orc did was laugh at him. Bofur was funny. I also like his accent.

But let's see, I forgot one dwarf. Kili :D He had a bow and arrows, and was very cool with them!

Now on to the review:D

I loved this movie so much! It was incredible! I liked how at the beginning Frodo had his little appearance! And how he said he was going to surprise Gandalf, when he arrived! Which is where The Fellowship of the Ring starts at.

My favorite scene in the movie would probably be Riddles in the Dark. It was amazing! They fit a lot of the same riddles in it from the book. I think Martin Freeman acted exceptionally well in this scene. Exactly how I thought Bilbo would act!

I do wish the Flies and Spiders scene was in this movie, but I guess I will have to wait for the next one to see that:)

It was really cool how the movie ended with Smaug's eye opening. Making you sit on the edge of your seat for a year.

I know I'll be going to see the next two in 3D!

What do you think of the movie? Tell me in the comments below!

I Had a Great Day!

I had a great day yesterday. I went to Wal-Mart and found all sorts of Hobbit displays. I just had to take a few pictures ;D

On one shelf, (not this one) they had sold almost every single copy of the Hobbit movie! How cool is that?!

Gandalf and Bilbo:D

I also got a bag of my favorite candy! Starburst Jellybeans, FaveReds bag!

And as you know, I got my books in the mail!
Until next time,

Opening My New Books!!!!!!!!

I know I already made a post today, but I was so, so, excited when I received my package in the mail! I could hardly wait to make a post about it:D

   I ordered it from CBD.

It is.......... The Hobbit and Lord of the Rings boxed set!!!!!

Here is a video of me opening it!

I love the books! I've already read the Hobbit, but am glad to have it in my collection!

I got these books for only $20.49!!! They've raised the price to $23 now, but that is still a great deal!

I totally recommend this set of books! They are mass market paperback, but still seem pretty sturdy!

Well, I hope you enjoyed this little peek inside the boxed set of books. If you want to see a full review, comment down below and I will make one! :D

Book Review - The Hobbit by J.R.R. Tolkien

*There will be spoilers in this review*

I just finished the book yesterday and let me say that it is amazing! I don't think there was a single chapter in this book that didn't hold my interest.
J.R.R. Tolkien wrote it in such a way that makes me feel like I'm on the adventure with Bilbo and the dwarves!

So, first of all: I loved the Blunt the Knives, Crack the Plates song, it was so much fun to read. It has to be one of my absolute favorite scenes from the book!
My favorite character would have to be Bilbo. He's so kind and funny! And even though he gets annoyed with the dwarves sometimes, he always tries his best to be polite!

One thing that was hard was remembering all of the dwarves' names. There's so many of them. Let me try to name them all. There's Dori, Ori, Nori, Balin, Dwalin, Fili, Kili, Bombur, Bofur, Bifur and Thorin. I named 11. Not bad.
My favorite dwarves would have to be Fili and Kili, although it was so, so sad to find out they died!
I do wish Thorin hadn't become so selfish over the treasure, for it led Bilbo to give the Elves the Arkenstone and that led to a battle sometime later. That is where Thorin was injured and he later died :*(

My overall opinion of this book is: INCREDIBLE, the whole way through!

Have you read the book? If so, what do you think of it? Tell me in the comments down below:)

Game Review: Kingdoms of Middle-Earth

I saw this game in the App Store and decided to get it, since it is free.
I chose to be with the Elves instead of Drawves.

The beginning of the game is rather slow, as in, not much happens.

One thing I don't like, is if you touch build a home, it builds it, while you sit and watch. It's rather boring, in my opinion. But I'm only in level 3, and don't know what I'm supposed to do, so I might change my mind if I get to any of the upper levels.

It's a good game, good graphics and all, but not much happens. But it is a 'free' game, so what can you expect. Another thing, the ydon't tell you that you have to pay to get more Mithrill.

Maybe after a while I'll get used to it and have more fun!

I'm giving this game 3.5 stars.
Any thoughts on the game? Comment down below!

Happy First Day of Spring

So, I've been wanting spring to come for a while. And since today is the first day of spring (even though it doesn't feel like it), I've made my blog a little bit more warming. I picked a summer-like background and header. I hope it looks good. I'm still new to this, and not very good at designing my blog.
Well, anyway, I just hope we get some spring weather soon! Until then, I guess I'll have to keep dreaming!

When I think of summer, I think of this: Blue skies, grass and dandelions. I don't think of oceans and palm trees all that much.

The Hobbit Is Released on DVD Today!

Who's excited about the release of The Hobbit!? I know I am! I haven't seen it yet, but can hardly wait to! I want to finish the book before I watch the movie, so I know more about it. I found that if you haven't read books that have been turned into movies, the movie is a lot more complicated to follow. Well, here a few pictures I thought I would post!

Are any of you planning on buying the DVD or Blu-Ray today? Have you already bought it?
